
Do you eat 2.5 to 3 cups of vegetables a day?
Did you know it takes double (2 cups) the amount of dark green leafy vegetables to equal a single serving of vegetables (1 cup)?
We live in PA - so let's be honest - the majority of us are not eating a minimum of 1 cup of collard greens or kale a day. We are lucky if we eat some strongly flavored up kale chips or even garnish a soup with kale - that's about it!

Q: Which one do I need?
A. You need both. But, my recommendation is to rotate every few months between each. So maybe March and April are SP Green Food and then May and June are Cruciferous Complete and so on. This is what we do in our family.
Q: Why?
A: Because both products are made up of a different blend of dark green leafy vegetables and have different levels of vital minerals and
nutrients.
