Here’s the part many of us overlook — fun.

Dr. Cotey will be the first to admit he used to say fun was important… while working nonstop and taking one vacation in 12 years! 😅

But the truth is, joy, laughter, and connection are vital for your mental and emotional health. When you intentionally make space for fun, your nervous system relaxes, your stress hormones balance, and your immune system actually functions better.
