January 2025: Good, Better, Best

"What would be your recommendation for a typical daily supplement?"

This is the top nutrition question in our office.

**What people really want to ask is – what can I take that is good for my body, not wasting my money and not just creating super expensive pee?


The answer is: The Good, Better or Best protocol!

The biggest problem with supplements is they only work if you take them! No. I am serious – you can’t buy an organic brown bottle and magically sleep better, have better hair, skin and nails, or have more energy. You must take them and take them regularly.
